  • What are your business hours?

    Our facility is open M-F 8:30 am - 8:30 pm

    On Saturdays and Sundays we are open 8:30-5:30.

  • How do I renew my child's class?

    Simply log into the customer portal to sign up for each session. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Please call us at 845-651-1000 and speak to our Customer Service Manager.

  • How do I schedule an evaluation for my child?

    If your child is currently a PAC member, the Paradigm staff is already evaluating their potential and personal growth each week. They will contact you if your child is ready for advancement. 

    If you are new to Paradigm, please reach out to our Operations Manager and schedule a free trial class, so one of our instructors and evaluate your athlete. dstigler@paradigmathleticcenter.com

  • Can my child do a Private Lesson with a Staff Member?

    Absolutely!! Here is what you need to know to set up a private lesson with a PAC Leader. 


    #1 Create an account on our Client Portal and include a method of payment to keep on file.


    #2 Call or email us to select your Instructor, day, and time a minimum of 24 hours before the requested lesson. Each of our instructors charge a different rate, which our front desk can communicate with you at the time of booking


    #3 You will be charged a $20 booking fee when you lock in your private or semi-private. The remainder of each Instructor’s fee can be given directly to them in the form of CASH at your private.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule please call or email us a minimum of 24 hours ahead of the scheduled lesson. All NO-SHOWS, and lessons cancelled after the 24 hour threshold will be charged to your account. 

  • Do you offer Trial Classes?

    We offer Trail Classes at no charge! Call our front desk at 845-651-1000 to schedule one. 

  • What Should my Chid wear to class?

    All athletes attending a gymnastics, ninja, cheer or tumbling class should wear tight fitting athletic wear. Leotards are recommended, but not required. Athletes should have their hair pulled back securely. No mid drift baring tops or crop tops, jewelry, skirts, socks or shoes.

    Ninjas should always wear SNEAKERS to class. Ninjas can not take class in flip flops, crocks, uggs, or slides. 

  • Do you allow Make Ups?

    Yes! We graciously offer 1 make up per session. These must be scheduled in advance in a class that has space.
