Our Facility
Paradigm Athletic Center houses 41,000 square feet of fun. Our gymnastics area included 3 Vault stations, 4 Olympic sets of Bars, 9 competitive Balance Beams, 3 fulls sized Olympic Floors, 2 Olympic Trampolines, Ninja stations, an in ground Tumble Track, and so much more!
Our Fitness Studio, challenging Ninja and Agility courses, Dance & Fencing Studio and multiple pits means there is an activity for every family member and ability level.
Our viewing mezzanine means you will never miss a minute of your child's class.
Kristin Welsh
Co-Owner - Head Coach
Coach Kristin has dedicated her life to spreading her passion for the sport of Gymnastics, and to
helping young athletes learn what they are capable of. Her 33 years in the sport of gymnastics have
been spent as an athlete, coach, program director, choreographer, meet director and judge.
As an owner, she is dedicated to providing the community with programs that promote the joy of
sport, while teaching athletes the life skills they will use far past their time in gymnastics.
Dana Brower
Co-Owner
Dana Brower is the co-owner of Paradigm Athletic Center and a mom of four, including a competitive gymnast
at Paradigm. She has spent her career growing businesses both locally and nationally, bringing a strong
entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on leadership style to everything she does. Dana and her husband have
been entrepreneurs for over 15 years and are deeply passionate about supporting and investing in their local
community. Her personal connect to sport, combined with her business experience, helps shape a positive,
athlete-centered environment at Paradigm Athletic Center.
Meet Our Staff
Paradigm's staff is the most knowledgable and passionate in our area. All our coaches are First Aid & Safety Certified. Every gymnastics staff members is background checked and Safe Sport certified in accordance with USA Gymnastics regulations. We hold our staff to the highest standards and look forward to you getting to know them.
